Process

How our service plans work

Step 01

Initial Inspection To Get Started

We'll arrange a convenient time to visit your property for a full boiler service and system inspection. After this initial visit, your monthly Direct Debit payments begin.

Step 02

Annual Service Included

Each year, we'll carry out a comprehensive boiler service at a time that suits you, with our Gas Safe qualified engineers following manufacturer guidelines and completing all safety checks.

Step 03

Priority Support When You Need It

If something goes wrong, simply call us and we'll prioritise your callout, with attendance within 24 hours depending on your plan level.
